Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 for packs & cartons. If you order a single sample pack, the shipping cost will be $2.95.

Upon receiving your order, Noopii will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped!

Currently Noopii can only deliver to customers in New Zealand.

 

How do I change my order?

If for any reason you need to change your order, please email us as soon as you receive your confirmation email. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed for the courier we are unable to make any changes.

 

Ordering and Payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).

Payment is available by Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Afterpay.
Afterpay is not available on subscription products.

Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

The Shopify payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
